| IMPORTANT NOTES: USE THIS SYSTEM CHART IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SHEET RELATED TO THE PRODUCT MENTIONED, AND THE APPLICATION SPECIFICATION FOR PVC SUBSTRATES..
RESTRICTED WARRANTY. Although laboratory tests have indicated good adhesion of the non-Rockcote primers in this chart to the PVC substrate, the formulation and performance of these products is outside Rockcote’s control. Therefore the warranty does not cover the adhesion of the non-Rockcote primers to the PVC substrate, but is restricted to the adhesion of Rockcote products to the non-Rockcote primers listed and to each other. Warranty is valid only if product is applied by a skilled & experienced applicator and strictly in accordance with film-build and other specifications.

Texprime must be Version 14 to ensure adherence to the Armawall Sealer/ Bonder. Other versions need to be checked for adherence by Rockcote Technical Dept.

Drying times for Polymer Render & PR High Build on PVC will be considerably longer than for other substrates, particularly in cooler weather. That is why Winter Grade (WG) is specified.

Whatever system is used, it is important to minimize moisture penetration into the Polymer Render & PR High Build by finishing the system with either two coats of product from the Armour family or, in some cases as shown above, two coats of Clearcote. This is not optional.

The systems shown in this chart can level out uneven surfaces of up to 4 mm for Polymer Render, and up to 6 mm for PR High Build, plus the DFT of any additional textured coating used.
